About

For over two decades, the cameras behind King Paparazzi Archive (formerly known as Papparazzi TV Inc.) captured some of the most iconic, unexpected, and unfiltered celebrity moments in pop culture history. Founded by E.L. Woody, a trailblazer of street-level celebrity video and still photography, the archive spans thousands of hours of rare, raw footage shot between the 1990s and 2000s.

This library isn’t just a collection – it’s a moving visual record of celebrity culture. From red carpets to LAX arrivals, Hollywood nightclubs to everyday sidewalk run-ins, the footage remains cleared, licensable, and ready for use in documentaries, TV series, biopics, and news specials.

Licensing a Historic Archive

The King of the Paparazzi collection has already formed the basis of major projects, including:

📺 Celebrities Uncensored (E! Entertainment Television, 2003–2004)

“Celebrities Uncensored” was a groundbreaking reality-style series aired on E! from 2003 to 2004, produced using raw street footage from the paparazzi archive built by E.L. Woody and his team. Unlike traditional tabloid TV, the show offered unedited, vérité-style clips of celebrities in real-life public situations.

At its peak, Celebrities Uncensored was E!’s highest-rated show on Tuesday nights, attracting millions of viewers curious to see unfiltered glimpses of A-listers in everyday settings. It became an early example of unscripted celebrity surveillance culture — a format that paved the way for today’s influencer-following, clip-based digital entertainment.

Notable impact: The show helped boost public awareness of rising stars like Paris Hilton and many more.

📺 Hollywood Uncensored (2007-2008)

E.L. Woody went on to produce “Hollywood Uncensored”, an independently syndicated series distributed internationally from 2007-2008.

This program was ahead of its time, offering raw and risqué footage of Hollywood nightlife, red carpet chaos, and paparazzi run-ins – all captured by Woody’s pioneering videographers. It aired in global markets hungry for behind-the-scenes celebrity culture and often topped late-night charts.

This footage includes never-before-seen B-roll, unedited paparazzi video, and hundreds of A-list celebrities at their most candid including:

Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Julia Roberts, Mark Wahlberg, Paris Hilton, Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, Jim Carrey, George ClooneyMadonnaMichael Jackson, Sylvester Stallone, Ben Affleck, Nicolas Cage, and more.

The archive includes major news moments and exclusives:
We captured Eddie Murphy’s infamous encounter with trans sex worker Shalimar Seiuli that made headlines worldwide, and we were the only team documenting the Hollywood days of Christophe Rocancourt, the notorious French conman. The archive also includes the first published photographs of Heidi Fleiss, the infamous Hollywood madam, captured before her arrest made headlines.
